Pants of Fire tell a cautionary tale of misplaced morality,
hypocrisy, the dangers of excess and the search for love.
The terrifying legend of a murderer convinces a small town that they
should become totally sin-free. When a stranger comes to town, the
facade of these pure and chaste inhabitants begins to crack and a
terrible secret is uncovered, which they hoped had been buried forever.
OINK! takes the audience on a journey through two contrasting theatrical
worlds, so that past and present are simultaneously and magically
played through interwoven narratives. Pants on Fire use their
unique brand of inventive playfulness, puppetry, light, mime and specifically
composed songs by Lucy
Egger to bring this darkly comic fairy tale to vivid and colourful
life.
